Question & Answer

I recently looked at the prices for your book on amazon and it was very expensive. 1,000 used, about a hundred dollars used. I'm just wondering why the prices are so high.

Apparently because some independent merchants using the Amazon storefront are overly optimistic about selling their copies for an exorbitant amount while the book is out of stock with the publisher.  I have received a few messages about this now, so I want to make it clear that the publisher and I have no affiliation with those merchants whatsoever, nor any control over what they sell and how they price it.

The book should be back in stock soon from 4de.com and Amazon for its usual, less than $20 amount.
