time-out-of-life:      It’s a long weekend and I wanted to play with my markers instead of doing statistics, so this is what resulted: Rocky Rickaby from Tracy J. Butler’s webcomic series Lackadaisy.      I did a rough tracing for the general construction lines of Rocky’s face from Lackadaisy Memento, drew final linework using the original as a reference, then inked and colored. Normally I’d just draw the whole thing from scratch, but it was late and I needed to go to bed as soon as possible. Maybe another day.       Inking Rocky just reaffirmed my belief that this comic needs to be turned into a film—or, at the very least, a miniseries.  Original lineart, Rocky, Lackadaisy © Tracy J.
